Xeal has been adopted by the nation's largest real estate companies to electrify thousands of parking spaces.

We need a self-starting operations leader who will catapult Xeal to the next level while maintaining quality control as we scale. The core areas we want to perfect lie in supply chain, expanding our installer network, building out processes / efficiencies, and customer success. We’re seeking an experienced leader with a demonstrated track record in these areas to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and supply chain management, from sourcing and negotiations through delivery and fulfillment of the completed product in multiple markets.
• Establish a scalable, growing network of installers across the US.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing scalable, predictable, and repeatable processes for accounting, expenses, reporting, and HR.
• Finance, including accounts payable/receivable, P&L statements, set-up and operation of ERP system, and more.
• Drive our manufacturing processes, and supplier contracts.
• A "spearhead" HR function, ensuring that everyone is happy, healthy, and compensated accordingly.
• Planning and executing marketing and PR campaigns, trade show appearances, etc.
• Management of a new and growing office in NYC.

Musts

• Operations experience at a proptech company, or at a rapidly growing startup.
• Experience with customer success.
• Experience expanding and managing supply chain, and delivery.
• Experience with onboarding new hires, tracking performance, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with operational/finance software stacks used by growing companies.

Nice to have

• Supply chain and manufacturing management.
• Domain experience in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure space or proptech industry.
• Experience with hybrid (local + remote) teams.
