We’re looking for a motivated and curious Senior Staff Accountant to support the growing team. With your keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills, you will support daily financial operations of the company and develop processes to enhance overall efficiency. You will be a part of a tightly knit finance and administration team and use your talents to make a positive contribution, learn new skills, and grow with the Company.

• **Duties:**Manage Accounts Payable process, including monthly accruals
• Assist with vendor management and procure-to-pay processes
• Assist with expense report processing
• Manage corporate purchasing card and reconcile credit card accounts
• Assist with month-end close process, including preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Assist with creation of new process documentation
• Assist with annual financial audit
• Other related tasks as needed
• **Skills and Qualifications:**5+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Work finder - always looking ahead for next steps to be taken, providing suggested improvements, seeking out where help is needed
• Organizational guru - love diving into details
• Experience in a startup or other rapid growth industries would be an advantage
• Dedicated to learning and continued development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel skills, preferred
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
