**About this Role:  **

This is a functional role for the implementation and operation of all business applications that support the Production & Supply Chain team, most notably the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and supplier portal. Your goal will be to implement best in class tools & processes to create the most efficient high-volume factory. On a daily basis, you will work with the IT team – your implementation partners – and and with the sourcing and manufacturing teams – your internal customers.

**You Aspire To: **

• Collaborate with senior managers to determine which tools & processes need improvement and optimization
• Deliver the tools & processes in time to support the program milestones
• Support the applications for the factory operations, and remediate any issues within the published service level agreement
• Work with the business, IT, and the system integrator to design and deploy tools & processes
• Document the new processes & procedures, train and support the users
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems

What's Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, Statistics, Math, IT (Software Dev, Engineer), Data Scientist or related fields
• At least 4 years' experience as an ERP/MRP/MES specialist in a related industry.
• In-depth understanding of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing processes
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A drive to work in a start-up environment, where the job description is a baseline, but everyone is expected to go beyond it to achieve the company’s mission

Desirable Experience:

• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud
• Experience implementing and supporting Ivalua
• Experience implementing BI reporting services
• Experience in an automotive, aerospace, and/or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
