WHO YOU ARE

You are a people person, through and through. You are detail-oriented, empathetic, and thoughtful and you approach people with patience and kindness. You are compelled to make an impact with each person you interact with; you are able to put yourself in the shoes of each person you’re communicating with, and are proactive in seeking opportunities to deliver exceptional experiences.

  • You have 1-3 years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with CPG in a subscription ecommerce business.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are proactive, and a solutions-driven thinker.
  • You are highly organized with acute attention to detail.
  • You can work both independently, and as part of a team.
  • You enjoy working across multiple communication channels and are able to pivot quickly as priorities and needs of the business evolve.
  • You’re able to learn new software quickly; prior experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Klaviyo, and subscription models.
  • You’re available to work 5 days a week, inclusive of one weekend day per week (ex: Tuesday - Saturday), and some holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will build meaningful relationships with our community as you manage inquiries from customers, retailers, and job-seekers curious about Tomorrow Farms and its brands to ensure a best-in-class experience for our community and build brand loyalty. This is a crucial part of our team—we aim to develop an inclusive and empathetic brand, and that is only possible if we listen to, and engage with consumers at a human level.

  • Serve as the face of our brand and oversee inquiries across email, chat, SMS and social media.
  • Be the voice of the customer—regularly share voice of the customer feedback and data with the leadership team so we can continuously improve upon the customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to stay up to date on customer experience policies, product knowledge, and operations procedures.
  • Go beyond macros and canned replies, and personalize responses to customers as needed, while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Provide product information, oversee order management issues, problem-solve and develop tailored solutions for customer inquiries related to refund requests, order changes, and delivery issues.
  • Support backend customer operations with fulfillment errors, returns, and shipping delays.
  • Interface with our fulfillment partner and escalate operational / technical issues to ensure timely shipments for our members.
  • Identify problems and improvement opportunities within the customer experience to develop creative solutions for them.

SCHEDULE + COMPENSATION

  • You’re available Sunday + Monday (10am - 6pm EST) with opportunity to work other days, too.
  • $20-$25/hour
