We are looking for an experienced, sophisticated customer success professional to jump into this adventure and build LineVision with us. Google ‘Grid Enhancing Technologies’ and you will see that our technology is becoming increasingly important to how utilities operate. Regulatory and legislative tailwinds are adding even more momentum to our growth. This is the rare situation when new technology and the market have reached critical mass at the same moment, and it is simply time to go execute!
What will you do?
- Work with leading electric utilities to deliver outcomes and expand their relationship with LineVision
- Partner with our clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial sale through the lifetime of the engagement
- Identify key business outcomes and align people, process, and technology to achieve them
- Drive a ‘land and expand’ strategy that results in growing business with our customers
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science, Operations, and others to prioritize action and deliver seamlessly to clients
- Help to build the Customer Success function by establishing processes and best practices
- Carry the voice of the customer & market to influence product roadmap, marketing initiatives, and corporate priorities
- Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, relevant technologies, competitors, and industry dynamics
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- A commitment to accelerating the clean energy transition
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or a technical field, an MS or MBA is a great addition
- Experience within the energy industry building high-touch relationships and delivering technology solutions to large organizations, especially utilities
- A demonstrated ability to engage with both technical and business-minded stakeholders
- Highly organized approach to managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Ability to thrive amidst uncertainty; our customers’ needs, the regulatory environment, and our product are continuously evolving
- The ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including international locations
- Outstanding remote-team and client/partner collaboration and communication skills
