Lilac is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain and oversee all aspects of the company’s Oakland facilities and ensure work spaces are safe and functional. The Facilities Manager will be in charge of all site functions, including lighting, drains, city water, HVAC system, compressed air, janitorial service, waste services, security, and groundskeeping. Duties will include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting and maintaining facilities to ensure satisfaction of applicable codes and safety regulations, and coordinating renovations, repairs, and updates.
