Team Overview:

The Business Applications Project Manager is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the other Business Applications team members and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of systems applications. The position will work with the Director of Business Applications and Business Users in defining, prioritizing and executing enhancements, projects and end-user support Oracle ERP Cloud and related applications.

This position will play an integral part in the company's initiatives including but not limited to:

• Cross-functional support
  • Assist Functional Support teams
  • Managing scheduling and communications
  • Coordinate creation of test plans and monitor testing process
• Supporting existing applications footprint
  • Triaging, assigning and/or addressing support tickets
  • Supervising external support resources
• Manage projects
• Manage Business Users
  • Able to interview various non-tech managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process
• Ability to create and present key requirement artifacts
  • Scope documents, use cases, activity diagrams, etc.

What's Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business experience, including enterprise applications implementation project management
• Technical experience in Information Systems and Technology
• People management experience
• Proficient with productivity software
  • Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Jira or similar collaborations tools
  • IT DevOps tools, BI Tools

Desirable Experience:

• 3+ years Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Microsoft Certifications a plus
• Familiar with in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Features, including spam and licensing administration
