REQUIREMENTS
As a Manufacturing Lead at Zero Mass Water, you’ll spend a significant portion of your day on the factory floor leading, analyzing, and improving overall performance. Through hands-on experience and observation, you’ll work together with your team to continually optimize performance. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with many different roles within the greater manufacturing team including process engineers, design engineers, manufacturing supervisors, R&D, and maintenance.
The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM. Some weekends may be required when targets are not achieved.
