Role Description

TrueCircle is one of the UK’s most exciting climate tech startups. Globally, nations have continued to fail to meet their recycling targets. Of all plastics ever produced only 9% has been recycled, the rest ends up polluting our environment and accelerating the climate crisis that threatens our existence. TrueCircle is setting out to change this, deploying the latest in computer vision and robotics technology to ensure that no valuable materials go to waste.

We’re looking for an office manager to own some of our internal processes, bring the team together and help the company adopt new processes/tools. The role will have a massive exposure to different parts of the business and lots of opportunity to grow with us!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage office space, search for a new place, and associated processes
  • Team event and social organisation
  • Employee onboarding and contracts
  • Internal ops and new system planning/selection, from payroll and new employee onboarding to process and policy management
  • Wide range of internal projects from research and selection of new products/platforms/services to communications
  • Help with travel and client visit management
  • Expenses planning and reviewing

You should apply if:

  • You've been an office manager in a startup for 2+ years
  • Experience with finding an office and office management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise with all departments and help coordinate a range of projects
  • Good computer skills, primarily in Google Docs
  • Warm and friendly personality, confident and proactive attitude
