Role Description: Support the Chewie Labs Operations team in the many aspects of the production Supply Chain required for manufacturing and delivery of our First Generation product. This role will get visibility and opportunities as a key contributor to the many aspects of the production supply chain including but not limited to: development build project management, on time deliveries and pricing negotiations. Being part of a Start-up hardware Operations team will provide exposure to Supply Chain management, factory manufacturing, quality management, business operations and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Chewie’s Supplier Plan of Record
• Cost breakdown analysis
• Quality/cosmetic tracking.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong number crunching and modeling. You thrive in an excellent Excel spreadsheet.
• Nimble, clear, direct communicator. This role involves frequent interaction with both the internal Chewie team as well as external vendors, requiring swift and accurate ambassadorship between both parties.

**Preferred Background: **

• Undergrad Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain Management student
• Business classes and/or on-the-job training
• Familiarity with supply chain and hardware manufacturing
• A whiz with GSuite and Microsoft tools
