Nice-To-Have Experience:
Team Building: We believe in the dignity and respect of all employees. We’re looking for an individual who emulates this and leads by example, makes and keeps commitments and gets things done. We’re looking for someone who will challenge their team to do the same, both coaching team members and holding them accountable for their safety, productivity and effect on quality. We need a leader to find and develop the capabilities of the right team, while rapidly culling out under-performers.
Customer Focus: We need to drive a fanatical devotion to our customers throughout our team, ensuring that every delivery is made on time, and that our product maintains the highest quality standards. We need a leader who will challenge their team to do the right thing for the customer, even when it is not easy or convenient.

You will get things done with and through your team. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to work with and alongside our team – not a “manager/administrator”, but a “worker/leader” who acts to solve problems, communicates effectively, and leads by example.
A Master of Daily Execution: We are seeking a leader capable of rigorously ensuring safety of all team members every day, while ensuring efficient, compliant operations, and high-quality production. CleanFiber’s Production Supervisor(s) must be able to confidently achieve and report out on daily, weekly and monthly goals.

CleanFiber’s proven technology and accelerating business is poised to disrupt a fast-growing segment of the building insulation market, while rapidly building a highly-profitable business.
Cellulose insulation wins customers from fiberglass because of greater energy efficiency, and from foam because of its much lower price point. CleanFiber makes highly efficient cellulose insulation from recycled corrugated boxes, allowing us to challenge incumbent players who are reliant on diminishing supplies of recycled newsprint. With successful execution at our first facility, we believe we are well-positioned to rapidly seize market share on a national scale. We are a game changer!

CleanFiber™ makes high-performance cellulose insulation from recycled corrugated cardboard boxes and other clean sources of high quality fiber. The company was formerly known as Ultracell Insulation and was founded by veteran cellulose installers, who wanted to see this industry thrive despite declining supplies of old newsprint (which is the primary feedstock of the industry today).
