ROLE PROFILE

SOURCE Global is looking for a receptionist to join our team. This role is based in Tempe, AZ. At a glance, this position is responsible for attending to all visitors and managing office inquiries within a fast-growing, mission-driven business that is committed to solving the global water crisis.

**In this role, you will: **

• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate employees and departments
• Maintain building access security
• Cover main phone line to answer and forward phone calls
• Manage customer and client inquiries
• Maintain organization of office space

• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability of time management with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High “emotional IQ”
• 1-3 years receptionist experience

The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM**.**  Some overtime and weekends may be required when targets are not achieved.
