Transcend is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent sales practices & cross department relationships that maximize overall company revenues. In this role, you will need to effectively manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment

How success will be measured:

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to build processes and efficiencies within Salesforce.
  • Be the Salesforce and CRM integration expert across the go-to-market funnel and create enablement on best practices.
  • Identify areas of improvement for Marketing and Sales processes and own projects to increase performance – i.e. identifying opportunities where our internal systems can speak better with one another to unlock efficiencies for the company.
  • Work on projects that increase our adoption across our tools & systems (i.e. Salesforce, LeadFeeder, HotJar, Mailchimp, Better Proposals, etc.).
  • Manage new tool implementations.
  • Create and maintain operational metrics for Marketing and Sales via reporting and dashboards.
  • Deep dive into revenue analysis that will provide insights for areas of improvement and unlock opportunities.
  • Set up and maintain reliable tracking throughout the lead lifecycle from lead capturing forms to marketing automation and build a multi-touch attribution system we can trust.
  • Use automation tools (i.e. Zapier, Automate.io) to build flows to help the Marketing and Sales team avoid repetitive tasks. Automate processes and ship new automations on a cadence.
  • Worked with (or interested to learn) enrichment solutions and can own, manage and implement it end-to-end.

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • You have +3 years experience in a Revenue or Marketing Operations role in SaaS.
  • You have experience owning Salesforce as an Admin.
  • You are a Self-Starter: highly organized and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relationship builder: you can work cross functionally with teams across pre-sales and post-sales and manage your stakeholders.
  • You have a Growth Mindset: Recurring revenue is our north star metric. You're going to influence the revenue we generate through an operations lens.
  • Important for any RevOps role, you are tech-savvy: You're experienced with technical projects. You’ve implemented SaaS tools and worked on projects to optimize current processes via tooling.
  • You are Data Driven: You can create extensive reporting on key insights that Marketing and Sales teams can leverage. Experience with creating reporting and dashboards for senior leadership teams.
