Remora is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to help manage our entire supply chain, from initial design to installation on a customer's truck. This person will be responsible for the implementation of material planning, forecasting, and system design, thereby enabling Remora to scale operations, all while addressing the defining challenge of our time.
- Scale supply chain operations through project managing the implementation of an ERP system for planning, procurement, inventory management, and COGS
- Develop and maintain the organization's dashboard and KPIs for reporting departments, such as inventory turns, variances in COGS, MRP workbench, and commodity managementment
- Ensure that supply chain activities are aligned with sales, inventory, and operations planning entry levels
- Identify challenges and champion continuous improvement by analyzing metrics
- Assuring that the final product is complete and of high quality by designing the business process requirements product
- Creating and managing a planning tool that determines the required stock levels and stock amounts
- Managing stock, including forecasting, out-of-stock, and overstock reviews and resolutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and 4+ years of relevant work experience OR 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Has a high degree of organization and exceptional execution abilities
