  • Liaison between FreeWire HQ facility and Contract manufacturer, overseeing the production output of at the Contract Manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure production targets are met, in accordance with Master Production schedule by setting daily/weekly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Report back issues related to workforce, space, tools, and material management.
  • Develop solutions to help Contract manufacturer scale manufacturing processes, in accordance with FreeWire quality standard.
  • Ensure technicians are trained to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure documentation, including workflows, processes, and products comply with speed and safety regulations.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience leading manufacturing teams and functioning as liaison between OEM and CM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving skills
