As our NPI Program Manager, you will manage the schedule and execution of all new product introduction programs. You’ll work cross-functionally to align the company around program deliverables and serve as the primary coordinator for the development of project timelines, budgets, and milestones. You’ll collaborate with teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Supply
Chain (internal and external), Sales, Quality Assurance, and other ConnectDER resources to deliver products that meet all the functional, performance, reliability, manufacturability and in-service requirements to internal and external customers.

You’re mission-driven and excited about cleantech and renewable energy. You have direct experience managing hardware, software, and firmware product development and release as well as some experience in engineering design. You possess well-developed skills in project management, communication, process development and deployment, leadership, and relationship management. You’re ambitious and ready to apply your planning, organization, and implementation skills to build and develop a strong program management function. This is a highly collaborative role that will be instrumental to ConnectDER’s continued growth.
