Role Description

Remora is hiring a Mechanical Engineer II - R&D who will design and build test systems from laboratory/bench to full scale, covering all parts and processes incorporated into the Remora device, all while helping to tackle the defining challenge of our time.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with other team members to design, machine, and build parts for test benches
- Design, build, and model (CFD) components that optimize mass and heat transfer
- Modeling in Solidworks and managing file conversions to/from outside sources

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years of relevant work experience OR 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with CAD and related software
- Fabrication experience
