Job Description:

Lilac is seeking field operators to assist with operating our lithium processing facilities in the field. Responsibilities will include constructing, commissioning, testing, and operating process equipment in the field. This individual will be based in Argentina with heavy rotation to remote field sites. A strong candidate may well have worked in field based roles for oil and gas, mining, construction, etc.. operations. This is a full-time position. The rotation for this position is 1 month on 1 month off and subject to change as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ yrs relevant industry experience
• Extended experience working in rotation roles
• Rotation to field sites located in Catamarca, Salta, and Jujuy

Preferred:

• Experience with fabrication and hands-on problem solving
• Experience with process plant operations in particular water treatment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with basic English
