Job Description:

Lilac is seeking field operators to assist with operating our lithium processing facilities in the field. Responsibilities will include constructing, commissioning, testing, and operating process equipment in the field. This individual will need to be open to travel in the Western US and South America on a rotational basis. A strong candidate may well have worked in field based roles for oil and gas, mining, construction, etc.. operations. Subsidy will be provided during field operations and any time spent in Oakland pre-deployment. This is a full-time position. The rotation for this position is 1 month on 1 month off and subject to change as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ yrs relevant industry experience
• Extended experience working in rotation roles
• US work permit

Preferred:

• Experience with fabrication and hands-on problem solving
• Experience with process plant operations in particular water treatment
• South American experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
