About This Opportunity:

Flair is looking for a sales leader for our B2B/Pro team within the Northeast of the United States, preferably located in Washington DC ⇨ Northward.

You will be responsible for leading sales activity by fostering strong partner/channel relationships as well as developing a longer-term strategy to continue to grow Flair’s market share and brand recognition within the region

The region includes Virginia, DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

How you’ll make an Impact:

  • Achieve sales targets with our professional partners; including but not limited to distributors, dealers, utilities, builders, integrators, multi-family operators, developers and more
  • Increase our distribution and dealer footprint by maintaining and developing new relationships
  • Attend industry trade shows
  • Provide detailed product and sales training for professional partners
  • Prepare short and long term forecasts
  • Gather feedback, market trends and competitive analysis to be communicated back to the team
  • Record and communicate sales activity, opportunities, and results
  • Provide creative ideas to help market the product to the professional channels
  • Actively participate and help improve internal processes with the goal of strengthening and streamlining internal operations

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven technical sales experience
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast as well as annual trade shows and company meetups
  • Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment
  • Vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to be agile and grow quickly
  • Understanding on how to use sales data to drive strategy and revenue

**Would Be Great if you Have: **

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Familiar with the two step distribution process
  • Experience with various sales tools; Zendesk Sell, shopify, Klavio, Google suite of products, slack, etc
