Ndustrial is expanding the sales team to include a Sales Operations Manager. We are looking for an outgoing candidate to join our team to support sales programs, go-to-market initiatives and manage the internal process of the sales organization. Sales Operations Manager responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various operational tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

The Sales Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Sales go-to-Market team. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate Sales operations requirements and adherence for the extended sales team.
- Be responsible for functionality and quality of data in Company Customer Relationship Management Tool
- Become the center of Company’s go-to resource for:
- Sales driven Social Media Outreach
- Lead Capture and conversion to Sales Qualified Lead
- ndustrial sales process and coordination
- Organize and support the Outreach for new customer acquisition through researching new target companies and creating outreach programs to support new leads in funnel.
- Convert Leads to a qualified status for sales engagement. Once qualified:
- Follow-up directly to define sales engagement
- Pass Leads to Sales team for engagement
- Qualify potential customers and support engagement in the field
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Support Demo of Software through scripted sales demonstration
- Coordinate with internal teams to assure Sales process adherence and schedule events to support sales effort.
- Support Proposal process as required for sales activity
- Represent the company at functions, events and trade shows
- Be the go-to team member for senior staff and sales coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to assure all sales go-to-market material is current and ready to go.
Requirements
- BSc/BA with focus on business administration, marketing or related field
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Relevant experience in Sustainability, Energy, Technology or related field (2 years experience preferred)
- Ability to work remote and travel up to 30% of time
