About This Opportunity:

You will be responsible for helping new and existing customers (homeowners) find the Flair solution that is best suited for their needs. Air flow issues are not a "one-size-fits-all", so it will be important to educate the customer on how we can make their home more comfortable and efficient.

Education is key! Customers that have expressed interest or have already purchased products might be confused with which solution will be best for their individual needs, so they will need your expertise to support them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for our direct-to-consumer market
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline
  • Schedule calls with customers to consult on the solution that is best suited for their needs
  • Follow up with customers to help guide them through the purchasing process
  • Partner with our support team to help customers get answers to their technical inquiries

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of using a CRM
  • Proficient with writing and responding to inbound sales inquiries as well as sales calls
  • Ability to be agile and grow quickly

Would Be Great if you Have:

  • Have experience with selling Smarthome, electronics, home tech, online sales, high price point sales or something similar
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Experience with various sales tools; Zendesk, shopify, Google suite of products, slack, calendly, etc
