What we are looking for:

This position is for you if you like analyzing and improving sales processes and enjoy managing Salesforce projects that increase efficiency and maximize the organization’s investment in this important tool. This position will analyze the existing Salesforce environment and provide business analyst/project manager responsibilities in enhancing sales and marketing processes. This position will provide process impact reviews, systems impact, and functional analysis with the functional business teams utilizing Sales Cloud and Pardot. The Business Analyst role requires understanding and implementation of best business practices to improve the overall experience for the business stakeholders. This position will manage all major sales & marketing Sales Cloud oriented projects including the incorporation of acquired companies into the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The BA role will consult, educate, facilitate, and communicate knowledge and application of system tools/processes to all the functional business stakeholders
  • This role requires the Business Analyst to analyze, organize and document all changes related to new process rollout including, user stories, process flows, use cases, impact analysis, gap analysis, risks, and assumptions.
  • The role requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the Information Services teams in the organization as well as outside consulting partners.
  • The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal and external consulting teams in creating functional specifications.
  • The Business Analyst may develop and execute testing and remediate issues identified during test cycles. They will manage and drive to completion the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the changes, and coordinate defect resolution between Stem and the external consulting group. This includes pre-meetings to develop and approve testing scripts with the Business Stakeholders and other teams.
  • The Business Analyst will participate in the deployment planning and final push to production of all major projects and support users in any post deployment issues.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, Lightning and project management (Salesforce super user and basic admin knowledge a must)
  • Certifications are a plus – Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Consultant (but not required)
  • Experience in sales and marketing business process analysis and Salesforce object development
  • Strong functional knowledge of all general sales processes
  • Ability to document/ visualize business requirements / processes
  • Ability to build flow charts of current and future state processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Very organized
  • 4-year college degree preferred (can be substituted with relevant experience)
