Responsibilities
The Nordic Sales Manager will work closely with our Norway Country Manager / Head of Crusher Norge to work with sales and delivery in Norway, and partially to open up the markets Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
Norway:
- Work with Norway Country Manager / Head of Crusher Norge to divide responsibility for Norway sales and delivery
- Drive increased market share and adoption of the Crusher method and process in the Norwegian markets, including towards decision makers on relevant levels in the public sector
Open up and enter Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland:
- Reach out to government, counties, municipalities and private road owners to create awareness
- Monitor and respond to tenders
- Close sales and organize delivery (timing, location, required paperwork, other logistics)
Profile
- Excellent personal and professional skill set and track record
- Ambition, drive passion and alignment with the Carbon Crusher mission
- Min 5-10 years in B2B sales related roles
- Experience in road construction or the road/infrastructure industry highly valued
- Experience working with public sector customers and understanding decision making processes highly valued
- Network in road or public sector highly valued
- Drive, ownership, and organizational skills to organize own workday and create and close sales
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Nordics
