The Role:

The Human Resource Administrator is key to the fundamental administrative activities behind the people and culture programs at Meati. This role wil perform daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks to support the operations of the Meati’s people and culture activities. This position oversees all HR administrative tasks, including entering data into a human resources information system (HRIS), uploading employee data into various data bases for training, performance management and applicant tracking. This role will also partake in benefits administration, handling data tasks for carrier connections and data tracking. This role will also from time to assist in pulling various sets of data, information, and perform daily and weekly audits of files, documents and data sets. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to enter and grow within Meati’s HR Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides HR support with the ability to transact all employee lifecycle activities in a timely manner and no errors, to include the following: new hire paperwork coordination and onboarding, end of employment coordination and paperwork, severance package creation, job/position transfers, etc.
  • Gain expertise on HRIS functionality and transactions, including the ability to process and troubleshoot logins and tactical issues.
  • Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of company HRIS, carrier connections, employee files and documents
  • Prepare paperwork and training documents for various classes, trainings, seminars and others as assigned.
  • Support the HR team with mass template creation, mail merges, notification creation, mailing, HR case submission and the processing of unemployment claims; This will be done by routinely updating the employee contact lists, attending team calls, reporting assistance and escalations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports regarding employee data, benefits administration, new hires, terminations and transfers
  • Create, maintain, and update departmental and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by HR Leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree HR Management, Business Administration or in a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years or more of professional work experience in an HR, Administrative Assistant or Customer Service-related role within a Corporate environment preferred.
  • Must be able to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail, maintaining a very high level of minimizing errors in data entry, processing tasks related to Payroll, Benefits and HR
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams).
  • Must have excellent time management and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Compensation:
Range starts at $39,000 - $70,500 including a potential annual bonus and equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
