Role Description

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • With experience working in a Manufacturing company.
  • Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Challenges the organizational structure and proposes changes;
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Recruits key talents and applicants for technical mid level positions and/or for critical positions
  • Engages with line managers on succession and development plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Develops policy as appropriate
  • Acts as coach and counsel when appropriate
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, organization, planning, time management, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities
