Responsible for implementing and managing human resources policies and programs in the areas of employee relations, performance management, company policy, consultative support, and local and regional HR policy. Partner with Leadership to support and implement effective short and long term strategies to attain organizational objectives. Combines HR mastery and industry knowledge to appropriately evaluate and resolve complex HR issues within a fast paced and changing business environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will assist in management, operations and administration of the Company's human resources
  • In this role, you will assist in the performance review and feedback programs and employment separations. You will need to manage these programs for full-time and part time employees
  • You will serve as the employment liaison and monitor compliance with all internal policies and legal standards
  • You will help promote and manage the Company's programs for community engagement and charitable efforts
  • You will focus on service delivery in support of business organizations, providing advice and recommendations
  • You will ensure legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADAAA to minimize risk/exposure to the company
  • You will provide guidance to ensure the integrity of the performance management program and the development of employees
  • You will oversee all aspects of employee relations in Williston, North Dakota and Tulsa, OK; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently
  • You may be asked to provide HR support multiple offices
  • You will provide consultative support to managers and supervisors
  • You will partner with respective client group in order to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support
  • You will manage organizational change
  • You will assist in recruiting and staffing process ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC and Affirmative Action; design and implement employee retention strategies
  • You will conduct employee investigations and oversee all escalated employee issues
  • You will establish local procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory agency requirements
  • You will monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and HRIS database
  • You will possess comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs, and assist in annual enrollment
  • You will perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years human resources experience with gradually increasing responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management experience in a multi-location environment
  • Management or leadership experience
