We are looking for a Human Resources and Business Operations Director who can create and manage HR policies and also own the day-to-day compliance necessary to run a startup as we grow. This is our first HR position, so you will be both creating policies and doing the day-to-day work of administering them. If you are interested in helping to create a great place to work at a growing startup, and helping that place run smoothly, and also in contributing to the fight against climate change, this is a great opportunity. Strong preference for startup or small company experience.
