AMP Robotics is hiring an Human Resources Coordinator to focus on maintaining a top tier Employee Experience. Our Employee Experience consists of different things our employees interact with on a daily basis as part of their roles. This role will also partner with Recruiting, IT and support our leadership team on various projects.

As our HR Coordinator**, you will work to:**

  • Manage HR data in our HRIS (Zenefits)
  • Drafting and sending offer letters
  • Completing verification of employment request in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the success and growth of our Onboarding Program for new hires
  • Manage our Employee Recognition and Swag programs
  • Set up different community-focused and corporate team events throughout the year
  • Maintaining a supply of office snacks, drinks, and general supplies across our offices in Denver, Louisville, and Broomfield
  • Partnering with and managing our office service providers
  • Managing our corporate travel software
  • Participate in various projects supporting Employee Experience and HR & Recruiting
  • The HR Coordinator will be directly tied into our Employee Experience and Culture at AMP. We want to ensure that every employee can come to work every day in the most authentic way possible. Salary & compensation information: 45,000 - 55,000 RANGE (non-exempt/eligible for OT)

  • Medical - The company covers 85% to 100% of the premium for Cigna healthcare plans depending on the selection. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan. Up to 75% for dependents.
