You need to have a vibrant and outgoing personality with fantastic communication and marketing skills to market the benefits of talented candidates joining our team to help prevent fires, protect homes and families and save lives. You should have experience in IT and engineering recruiting as engineers will be the majority of hires to our team, but we will also build out diverse functions across the company.
