Looking for a Junior People Officer to join our People team. We are in search of someone who knows all about running the operational side of the people business in a smoothly and organised manner.

Your role
- The People team manages the company's people journey: As part of that team you will have a key role in making Mosa Meat a fun, exciting and challenging environment to work in.
- Managing the daily people operations to ensure that all people related processes run smoothly and efficiently, including processing all changes that impact the people administration.
- Support the Head of People and the rest of the company with all the running and new People projects that will enable the company to grow rapidly and reach its goals.
- Be in close contact with external supporting companies (such as the payroll company, insurance and pension partners) to ensure a flawless people administration.
- Managing the recruitment together with the other People officer to ensure Mosa Meat maintains its fast growing pace.
- Be first point of contact for managers and team members for their people related questions.
Our ideal future team member
- Solid People fundamentals and at least 2 years of experience in an People operations role.
- Completed at least a secondary vocational education, in the direction of HR or People focused business.
- Your professional people knowledge, including knowledge of Dutch labour law, is up to date.
- You are naturally resourceful, but you are also very practical.
- Passionate about our mission, and excited about working in a commercial start-up environment.
- Hard-working, organised and dedicated team-player.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be a fast learner who is adaptable/flexible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (minimum B2 level English).
- Ability to commence soon (desirable).
