Come join our fun and fast growing team and assist People Operations by maintaining internal systems, implementing compliance requests, and collaborating and developing company events. This position contributes a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
This is a 6 month temporary role as a Contractor for Jupiter.
- Support employee lifecycle processes (included but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, etc.)
- Serve as main point of contact for employees and managers about company policies
- Contribute actively to corporate event planning process
- Guarantee legal compliance of different company processes
- Support administrative efforts to create a first-class employee experience
- Assist with special projects as we grow
- G-Suite and MS Office advanced skills
- Experience working in HRIS, ATS, & Salesforce
- Ability to work in a flexible, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-starter -- handles self with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Minimum 1-2 years of related HR and Event management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred but not required
- Passion for startup culture and fast paced environment
