The role
We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x) who will be owning the full recruiting cycle. We are a team of interdisciplinary people with a background ranging from business to food science, bioprocessing, and biology with the ambition to create a better world through a more sustainable food system. The ideal candidate shares our vision and values and is energetic as well as self-driven. As we are a BioTech company in R&D stage, people are our greatest asset!

What you will be doing
- Design and manage the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Be the subject matter expert on talent acquisition, share best practices, and align processes
- Attract candidates through different channels like outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, attendance of meetups, referrals, etc.
- Interview candidates and identify top talents for the roles and ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly aligned
- Support employer branding projects, promote the company image externally and build up a talent network
- Leverage and maintain ATS to improve processes, pipelines and to deliver great experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Build up a great relationship with Hiring Managers and support them in all recruiting-related topics while acting as a proactive sparring partner
- Own the reporting, drive analytics for given roles and constantly improve processes

Who you are
- Strong track record in bringing top talent into high-performing startups, incl. work experience with sourcing, conversion, and interviewing best practices
- Driven and willing to go the extra mile to find and build the best candidates
- Strong project management and self-starter skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- An affinity for people and people analytics
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and fluency in English
