The role

We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x) who will be owning the full recruiting cycle. We are a team of interdisciplinary people with a background ranging from business to food science, bioprocessing, and biology with the ambition to create a better world through a more sustainable food system. The ideal candidate shares our vision and values and is energetic as well as self-driven. As we are a BioTech company in R&D stage, people are our greatest asset!

What you will be doing

• Design and manage the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Be the subject matter expert on talent acquisition, share best practices, and align processes
• Attract candidates through different channels like outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, attendance of meetups, referrals, etc.
• Interview candidates and identify top talents for the roles and ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly aligned
• Support employer branding projects, promote the company image externally and build up a talent network
• Leverage and maintain ATS to improve processes, pipelines and to deliver great experience for hiring managers and candidates
• Build up a great relationship with Hiring Managers and support them in all recruiting-related topics while acting as a proactive sparring partner
• Own the reporting, drive analytics for given roles and constantly improve processes

Who you are

• Strong track record in bringing top talent into high-performing startups, incl. work experience with sourcing, conversion, and interviewing best practices
• Driven and willing to go the extra mile to find and build the best candidates
• Strong project management and self-starter skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
• An affinity for people and people analytics
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and fluency in English
• Passion for the future of food and love for our planet
